The basics
Each card shows what one device slot costs for that length. You pay that amount once, the line runs until its end date, and nothing is charged afterwards unless you place a renewal order yourself.
Dollar figures here, your own currency on the statement: the 3-D Secure card gateway does the conversion, so the amount your bank prints will not match the dollar price on the card to the cent.
Longer plans do not unlock extra channels and shorter ones do not hide any. Between the 8 plans the only variables are the end date and the price per month.
