Strong 8K refund rules
Last updated 7 October 2026. Short version: a fault on our side that support cannot clear, reported inside 7 days of the order, is refunded in full.
1. The three conditions for a full refund
Three things must be true at once: the fault sits on our side, support could not resolve it, and your first message about it reached us inside 7 days of the order. A line that works but is not what you hoped for, or a problem first reported in the third week, does not meet them.
2. What is never refunded
No refund is made where:
- Your own internet connection or hardware is the cause, including Wi-Fi that cannot sustain 25 Mbps per 4K stream
- The line-up lacks one channel you wanted and you never asked us about it before paying
- The login has been handed outside your household or sold on
- A large share of the period you paid for is already behind you
3. Support comes before a refund
A mistyped field in the app, a device slot already streaming elsewhere, a connection that needs a wired link: support looks at those first. Write in with your order number and what the screen shows; a refund is considered once that attempt has been made.
4. Sending the request
Send your order number, the device and app you used and a description of what happened, by email to support@4kzone.site or through the contact page with the topic Refund request. The sooner you write, the easier it is to show that the problem was on our side.
5. A decision within 2 working days
You get a written answer within 2 working days of the request. If the answer is yes, the full amount paid for the order is refunded.
6. Card disputes without contacting us
Dispute the payment with your bank before writing to us and the line is switched off while the dispute runs. Writing to us is faster and keeps the line running while we look.
