The same six apply whether you pay for 1 month or for 10 years; the length changes the end date and the cost per month, nothing else.
There is no approval desk between your payment and your line. When the gateway reports the card as paid, the activation system creates your line, prints the details on your status page and emails them. Expect about 2 minutes; often it takes seconds.
Streams arrive in 4K, FHD and HD at high bitrates with headroom to spare; that capacity is what the Fast 8K alias points at. True 8K broadcasts are still rare, so the 8K in the name describes the pipeline, not every channel.
Each device slot you buy is its own Xtream username and password, or its own MAG entry. 2 screens on 2 slots never interrupt each other; a second stream on a 1-slot line is refused with the message maximum connections reached.
At checkout you choose whether the USA and Canada, Europe and UK, or Arabic channel groups are listed first. The choice reorders the list and removes nothing, and support changes it later at no cost.
Apps, Fire TV Sticks, smart TVs, phones and computers sign in with Xtream Codes or load an M3U link. MAG and Formuler boxes are registered by their MAC address (pattern 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX) and connect to the portal without a username.
Your card details are typed on the payment gateway's own page, protected by 3-D Secure. Strong 8K stores no card number and never sees one; we keep the order, your email and the plan you chose.
Peak hours
Traffic is balanced across several edge servers, so the hour when most people sit down to watch is the hour we plan capacity for. If a group of channels stops loading, the server host can be switched; support tells you how.
Plans
8 lengths, each paid once with no automatic renewal. No length carries more or fewer channels than another; a longer plan only lowers the monthly cost, to 4.17 USD a month on the 12-month plan and lower still on the longer ones.

A Strong 8K line plays 1 stream at a time. If 2 screens will watch different channels at the same moment, order 2 device slots: each slot has its own login at the full plan price, so 3 slots on the 12-month plan cost 150.00 USD. Installing the app on every device you own is free; only simultaneous streams count. Slots can be added later with a new order; a renewal extends 1 line.

The Strong 8K player is published under the brand's own name on Google Play, in the Microsoft Store and on the App Store. One login works in all of them, on as many devices as you like, with the slots you bought streaming at once.

Samsung and LG televisions from 2017 onwards run an Xtream-capable player from the TV's own app store and accept your Strong 8K login directly. MAG and Formuler boxes need nothing installed: the portal address and the MAC from checkout are the whole setup.

Strong 8K IPTV is a streaming subscription delivered as a line: login details that an app or set-top box uses to play live channels. Strong8K, as one word, is the same brand, and both spellings appear here. The 8K refers to the bitrates the service is built to carry, not to a television you must own.
Fast 8K is the short name used on the older Strong 8K storefronts, and it stands for things you can measure: a line active about 2 minutes after payment, 8K-ready bitrates on 4K, FHD and HD streams, and a setup of 3 to 6 minutes per device. It does not mean every channel is broadcast in 8K; genuine 8K content is still rare.

Most lines are usable within about 2 minutes, often in seconds. If nothing has appeared a few minutes after a confirmed payment, write to support with your order number.
Buy 2 slots. Each slot is a separate login that plays 1 stream at a time, charged at the full plan price, so 2 slots on the 12-month plan cost 100.00 USD. Installing the app on many devices is free; only streams running at the same time count. A second stream on a 1-slot login is refused; more slots come with a new order.
Whatever the length, the channel list is the same, as are the programme guide through Xtream, the region order, the adult toggle and the support. The length only moves the expiry date and the price per month: 10.00 USD for 1 month, 3.33 USD a month on the 48-month plan, 10 years at 370.00 USD paid once.
No. The card is charged once, on the 3-D Secure gateway page opened from the order form, for the plan length multiplied by the slots. Nothing is kept for later charges and nothing renews on its own; a renewal happens only when you place a renewal order yourself, and it keeps the login you already have.

The App Store listing covers iPhone and iPad, the Microsoft Store listing covers Windows 10 and 11, and Google Play covers Android phones and tablets; a Fire TV Stick sideloads the same Android APK with Downloader code 5322729. Devices without a Strong8K app of their own sign in through an Xtream, M3U or MAG player; the downloads page says which. Each device streaming at once still needs its own slot.

A person reads it, 7 days a week, in English or Arabic, and most answers arrive within a couple of hours. When a channel group stops loading, the usual first fix is switching the server host, which support arranges with you.
Legal
A Strong 8K IPTV line is for personal use at home; sharing or reselling the login ends it. We do not promise uninterrupted service, because no streaming service can, but faults on our side are ours to fix.
We hold your name, email, phone, country and order history, set one sign-in cookie (plus Google Analytics for visit counts), and pass data only to the payment provider. Card numbers never reach us; passwords are stored hashed.
Three tests decide a refund: the fault is ours, support could not clear it, and your first report came inside 7 days of the order. Pass all three and the whole payment comes back, with the answer inside 2 working days. Nothing renews by itself, so there is never a subscription to cancel.
