Credits in one sentence

A reseller buys a block of credits up front and spends one credit for each month of Strong 8K on each customer line. A 12-month line costs 12 credits, a 1-month line costs 1, and the credits sit in your balance until you use them.

What a credit does and does not do

Every line you create with credits is a normal Strong 8K line: the same channel line-up as a direct customer's, the same Xtream, M3U or MAG delivery, the same region order and adult toggle, and the same device-slot rule, so a customer who wants two simultaneous screens needs two lines, each paid in credits.

  • 1 credit = 1 month of service on 1 line
  • A 3-month line spends 3 credits; a 12-month line spends 12
  • Larger bundles lower the price per credit; each bundle card shows the figure
  • Credits buy months, not device slots: a second simultaneous stream is a second line

Answers for new resellers

Who are the lines for? Your own customers. Reselling is the only arrangement under which a Strong 8K line may be passed on; the terms of service otherwise limit a subscription to personal household use.

Is my own Strong 8K plan a reseller account? No. Direct plans are bought on the plans page and cannot be split into credits; reseller credits are a separate purchase arranged through this page.
